Born in Taiwan, Yuan-Wen Wang ha been developing art in different forms. El 2008 s'ha mogut a Barcelona after graduating from National Taiwan University of Arts. In 2010, she began to develop abstract art. 

The artist has been using varied expressions to communicate with the audience. Common elements en artistes' paintings són: Àsia root i experiències de living in western cultures. Les focus en les creatives accions en les processes, no són hierarchy en les quals som imatges són sobre altres. One image always suggests another and it is in that search where the artist finds her fate.
